B. Information Created When You Use TOTs:

Usage Information: Device type, OS, IP address, app activity, feature usage.

Token & Activity Data: Tokens earned/redeemed, services provided/requested, referrals, ratings.

C. Information from Other Sources:
Referral programs, feedback, analytics providers, legal authorities when required.

3. How TOTs Uses Your Information

To connect users, enable location-based matching, manage Tokens of Thanks, improve platform functionality, provide customer support, detect fraud, ensure safety, send updates, and comply with legal obligations. TOTs does not sell personal information.

TOTs does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Mobile numbers and email addresses are not shared with other users. Limited data may be shared with other users (profile/service details), trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, verification), or when required by law. Users are prohibited from misusing others’ personal information.

TOTs does not control or guarantee financial transactions between users unless officially integrated within the Platform. Users are solely responsible for financial agreements between them.
