These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TOTs mobile application and related services ("Platform"). TOTs is owned and operated by Uniqueon Creative Network (Proprietorship) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TOTs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Platform Role
TOTs is a digital community platform that connects help seekers and help providers, including individuals and small vendors, for the exchange of help, services, skills, and underutilized resources. TOTs does not directly provide help or services. All interactions and agreements occur directly between users.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. TOTs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
3. License to Use the Platform
TOTs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain with TOTs.
4. User Conduct
Users must comply with all laws and not misuse the Platform. Harassment, fraud, data misuse, or harmful behavior is prohibited. TOTs may suspend accounts for violations.
5. Tokens of Thanks (TOTs Points)
Tokens are digital reward points earned for providing help or services. Tokens are not real currency and cannot be exchanged for cash unless officially permitted. TOTs may modify or revoke tokens in cases of misuse.
6. Financial Transactions
TOTs does not control or guarantee payments between users unless explicitly integrated within the Platform. Users are solely responsible for financial agreements. TOTs is not liable for payment disputes or losses.
7. User-Generated Content
Users may submit reviews or content. By submitting content, you grant TOTs a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Platform. Inappropriate or unlawful content may be removed.
8. Referrals & Promotional Benefits
Referral rewards and promotions are subject to conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional benefits have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
9. Safety Disclaimer
All interactions are conducted at users’ own risk. TOTs does not guarantee behavior, service quality, or outcomes.
10. Location-Based Services
With permission, TOTs may use location data to connect nearby help and services. Disabling location may limit functionality. Location use is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOTs and Uniqueon Creative Network (Proprietorship) shall not be liable for indirect damages, personal injury, financial losses, or disputes between users.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by TOTs or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse Platform materials.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
TOTs may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, misuse of tokens, or actions harmful to the community.
14. Modifications to Terms
TOTs may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Uniqueon Creative Network (Proprietorship) is registered.
